"Found what I needed, but the site wasnt the easiest"
I was able to find the batteries I needed, so that part was fine. The site just felt a little clunky to use. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and the filters werent very clear at first. Checkout was okay once I finally got there. Overall, it wasnt a bad experience, but it could definitely be easier to navigate

I ordered a few cells and, honestly... the specs on the site matched what showed up. Capacity, discharge rating, size, all of it was right in line. It was nice not having to guess or jump around a bunch of other pages to confirm things. I'd use them again for battery stuff.

I ended up ordering the wrong battery, so I had to return it. i was mostly just hoping it wouldn’t turn into a hassle for me, and it didn’t. The return process was simple enough, and they got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. My refund took a few days to show up, but that wasn’t a big deal. I’d probably shop here again.

They got back to me quickly, asked for a couple of photos, and handled everything without dragging it out. The replacement and shipping details were clear, and I didn’t really have to keep following up. Overall, I’d say they handled it well, and I’d feel comfortable buying from them again.

"Refund came back fast"
I had to cancel my order and figured the refund was gonna be a whole thing, like waiting days and having to bug someone about it. But nope, they handled it quick and the money showed back up on my card sooner than I thought. It was basically cancel order, wait a bit, refund done. No headache, no chasing anyone down. I appreciated that.

I ordered some 18650 batteries and they showed up way faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Everything arrived in good shape and there were no real issues with the order itself. The only annoying part was that the communication/tracking updates weren’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on until they actually arrived. Still, overall it was a smooth experience and I’d probably order again.

From my experience, it has plenty of power for what I need, and the battery seems to hold a charge really well. I haven’t had to worry about it dying quickly, so overall I’d say it does the job nicely.

I ordered a few 18650 cells and they showed up in decent shape... packaging was fine, nothing really to complain about there!! The only thing that bugged me a little was the date codes seemed older than I was expecting??? They did charge up and tested okay, so it’s not like they were bad or anything... just not as fresh as I hoped. Overall, not a bad order!! But next time I’d probably ask about the dates first before grabbing more.

"Safety info is there, but it could be clearer clearer"
The batteries showed up packed fine, and the warning labels were included, so that part was good. I did see the safety notes on the site, but some of the compliance info felt a little hard to track down, like you have to click around a bit too much. It’s not bad, not bad at all, I just think the safety details could be clearer and easier to find.
